MEET PAMELA
LMHC-D
My love for therapy began long before I became a therapist. Fascinated by psychology and human behavior, I first explored this work in my own healing journey. As a trauma survivor, I deeply understand both the pain and the longing for wholeness. The deeper I connect with myself—body and mind—the deeper I can go with my clients. I’ve been where you are, and I know there’s a way forward.
I’m passionate about EMDR & ART. It reaches the roots of trauma, reshaping core beliefs and integrating healing into the body. Even if you don’t have PTSD, EMDR or Accelerated Resolution Therapy can help. We all carry layers of trauma, whether from life’s big events or unmet needs. It’s not only about what happened to you, but what didn’t happen to you.
I don’t follow a rigid therapy model. Healing is more than weekly sessions—it’s an experience of reconnecting with yourself. That’s why I offer intensives, breaking free from the traditional mold.
Therapy with me isn’t just about trauma; it’s also humor, education, and hope. My clients leave their first session with a sense of direction—and that means possibility.
I work with all kinds of people, but I especially connect with those who’ve done therapy before and want to go deeper. Maybe you understand the work ahead but need a guide. Maybe you appear put-together but feel like a mess inside (boy mom here—think broken Lego sets). Maybe you need a therapist who truly gets it. Wherever you are, I’d love to take the next step with you.

I am a master’s level licensed mental health counselor passionate about providing deep care to others through a holistic & trauma-informed lens (meaning I consider all aspects of the person including environment and biology. I always consider what happened to you, and how that lead to suffering). I have worked in the field of psychology since 2008. My professional experience includes working with neurodivergent and chronically ill people, incarcerated population, those with personality disorders, dual diagnosis and substance abuse, people suffering from severe and persistent mental health, traumas, and relational issues.
My specialized trainings include EMDRIA standards-approved EMDR, flash technique, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), crisis intervention, treatment of personality disorders, object relations, and I am a complex trauma trained professional level II (CCTP/CCTP-II) and a certified grief informed professional (CGP). I use various trauma-informed therapy modalities and techniques, mindfulness-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and experiential therapy. Person-centered therapy is evident in my daily approach.
MEET COURTNEY

My first experience with therapy was in the year after I graduated from college, during a time when I was feeling a bit lost. I found a soft place to land in my therapist’s office and those early sessions put me on a path to discovering more about myself and the world around me.
I started graduate school in 2020, learning the art of holding space and guiding change while the world faced crisis after crisis. My early clients were navigating loss, anxiety, and isolation, and as I helped them, I also learned to offer myself more kindness.
This work inspires and fulfills me, and I love what I do. If you’re motivated and ready to explore deep questions, sit with discomfort, and grow, we could be the perfect fit. Therapy with me feels like a warm chat over coffee, with all the hope of a fresh journal waiting to be filled. We’ll set goals, uncover your strengths, and wrestle with the beliefs that shape your life. You’re the expert on your experience—I’m here to offer tools and shine a light on your resilience.
I often work with clients in transition—a big move, a breakup, a career shift. Change can be overwhelming, but it also holds potential for growth. My role is to help you navigate it with clarity and strength. I also work with clients who are holding onto trauma and hurt by utilizing EMDR to reprocess what happened to you.
I have a deep commitment to LGBTQIA+ clients. As a former crisis counselor with The Trevor Project, I’ve seen firsthand the power of resilience and vulnerability. That work shaped me as a therapist and fuels my commitment to providing a safe, affirming space for all queer identities.

MEET Dr. Amber Saracino, Ed.D
When your earliest needs for comfort, safety, or love weren’t met, it can leave a quiet ache that follows you into adulthood. Shame, anxiety, numbness, disconnection, they all have a story. I will help you engage your story with care and honesty. I work with individuals who are ready to engage their story, not just the facts of what happened, but the deep emotional imprints that early harm has left behind. You may struggle to trust, to receive love, or to feel at home in your own body. Underneath these struggles is often a younger part of you still holding stories that haven’t yet been named or tended to with care and compassion.
I deeply understand how hard a healing journey can be, and I want you to know I approach it with the utmost tenderness and compassion. I feel it is sacred work to support individuals on their journey. Whether you are an adult or a child, I want to guide you as you find yourself caught in patterns and cycles that feel beyond your control, patterns that impact your relationships, ability to reach personal goals, and/or impact how you show up in the world. My work is to gently help you unpack these stories (at your pace) through a gentle and supportive process
With 13 years of experience as a school psychologist, I offer a compassionate and tailored approach to uncover how past wounds show up in present-day challenges. Through gentle exploration, I want to help you break free from limiting patterns, connect more deeply with others, and provide a safe space for you to reconnect with you true self.
Healing can often feel overwhelming. I see this work as a journey of rediscovering who you truly are, not through the lens of your past experiences, trauma, or shame, but through the strength and resilience you carry within you. I am here and honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim your strength and begin to heal, one messy step at a time.

I'm a mental health counselor (MHC-LP) with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from trauma, particularly the lasting impact of childhood abuse and neglect. I specialize in trauma recovery and story work. My approach is relational, and narrative-focused, and grounded in compassion and curiosity, creating a safe space to explore how your story, especially the parts that have been hidden or painful shapes your present.
My clinical foundation began in 2012 as a school psychologist, and I’ve since expanded into private practice to support deeper healing work with adults. I am trained in Narrative Focused Trauma Care (L-I) through the Allender Center, where I am continuing advanced training, and I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work to support internal understanding and integration.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a full-time professor in the graduate school psychology program at Mercy University and continue to remain involved in public education part-time in both mental health and leadership roles. My doctoral research focused on resilience and personality development, which continues to inform my trauma-informed, strengths-based lens.
I practice under the supervision of Pamela DeVoe, LMHC-D.
